Rates 2012 Season

Calla Lily Cottage rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Stays of three or more nights are available on a standby basis in the Summer Season, and by reservation during the Early Summer and Autumn Season.

Please note that Calla Lily Cottage is smoke free and pet free.

Rates

Summer Season June 30 - August 31
$1,800 per week, includes GST, + PST
$275 per night + tax for stays of 3 to 6 nights

Early Summer and Autumn Season May 26 - June 29
& September 1 - October 15
$1,000 per week,includes GST, + PST 10%
$190 per night + tax for stays of 3 to 6 nights

Longer-Term Rental
Consider a retreat at Calla Lily Cottage during the Early Summer and Autumn Season. Receive a 15% discount for each additional week up to four weeks maximum discount. For example, for a stay of two weeks, a weekly rate of $850; for a stay of four weeks, a weekly rate of $615. Discounts for longer bookings are not available during the Summer Season.

A deposit of $500 per week or 30% of the total, whichever is less, is required to confirm the reservation.

Deposit payment by credit card through paypal, cheque, or money order. Final payment on arrival by cheque, money order or cash. All rates are in Canadian dollars.

Rates include GST (5%), plus additional PST (10%)

Deposit cheque will be cashed on receipt with the balance due on check-in. Make cheques payable to Calla Lily Cottage.

Cancellation Policy
We know that there are circumstances when you may need to change plans. We will refund deposits, minus an administration charge (see details below), once we have rebooked and we will make every effort to find a replacement booking. Travel insurance is recommended in case of a need to cancel and we are not able to completely replace the vacancy. Please be aware that the following cancellation administration charges will apply:
  • If cancelled 21 days or more prior to scheduled date of arrival - up to 15% of deposit is withheld if room can be rebooked
  • If cancelled 7 to 20 days prior to date of arrival - up to 50% of deposit is withheld if room can be rebooked
  • If cancelled less than 7 days prior to date of arrival- total deposit may be forfeited.
